  • CLI pins refreshed to current upstream — pinned versions and per-arch SHA256 checksums updated everywhere (Makefile, template Dockerfile, kit specs, install scripts, docs) (#16):
    • Pulumi CLI 3.256.0 → 3.260.0
    • Terraform 1.15.8 → 1.16.0
    • OpenTofu 1.12.5 → 1.12.6
    • kubectl 1.36.3 → 1.37.0
    • Helm 4.2.3 → 4.2.4
    • AWS CLI v2 2.36.10 → 2.36.34
    • APM CLI 0.28.0 → 0.29.0 (verified: apm install --frozen against my-claude-apm-setup v0.6.2 stays non-interactive)
  • Release pins moved to v0.9.0: KIT_REF, sandbox.image, and doc examples reference the v0.9.0 artifacts (#17)
  • CI: scripts/push-kit.sh exec bit restored and the Publish kit workflow now invokes it via bash, so a dropped mode bit can't break kit publishing (#18)
