• In a square slide box, the QR-only view could push the top of the code off the box on
  computers with larger default fonts (found by the new browser tests on Linux). Wide
  boxes now put the caption beside the code; square and tall boxes leave room for it.
• Room screen text scales with the box's height as well as its width, and very small
  boxes drop the footer and extra lines instead of overlapping.
