Codex Lifeboat v3.1.4
Codex Lifeboat creates a complete, portable backup of your Codex projects, conversations, settings, skills, and related data. The backup can be verified and restored on another Windows computer through a simple graphical interface.
This release significantly improves the reliability and clarity of the complete backup process.

- Improved detection of removable USB drives.
- Added accurate progress reporting for copying and hashing.
- Fixed the backup process appearing to freeze after hashing reached 100%.
- Fixed executable staging errors that could cause

Extract the complete ZIP file to a normal folder and then run:
Codex-Lifeboat.exe
Do not run the application directly from the ZIP preview.
No installation or Python environment is required.
