0.3.0-beta
Beta release after substantial updates to the previous version, covering changes committed during the review process and the splitting of the App's functionality into two separate apps. In sum, changes include:
- Main App functionality now solely focused on the clustering process, returning a
move2_locobject with location events annotated with allocated cluster IDs (columncluster_id). The derivation of the previously outputtedclustertableis now expected to be performed in a separate App - Inclusion of testing infrastructure (unit-testing, app testing, etc)
- Consolidation of input validation
- Changes to input defaults and associated data manipulation
- Some bug fixes
- Add user option to define proximity threshold for matching clusters
- Readme file consolidation
For further details, check commits descriptions.
Importantly, this release establishes the first submission of the App to the MoveApps online platform.

Reworked Clustering MoveApp
This release is for internal testing.
- The separate
clustering, makeEventClustersandmakeclustertablefunctions have been merged into a single MoveApp-style script - Clustertables are now generated on completion of the rolling-window clustering for efficiency and to prevent repeat calculations
- All mean cluster locations have been replaced with geometric medians
- A summary file of the clustertable's output data has been added (
README_clustertable.rmd)
v0.1.0-alpha
This contains the first clustering MoveApp iteration, for internal use.
