Reworked Clustering MoveApp

This release is for internal testing.

  • The separate clustering, makeEventClusters and makeclustertable functions have been merged into a single MoveApp-style script
  • Clustertables are now generated on completion of the rolling-window clustering for efficiency and to prevent repeat calculations
  • All mean cluster locations have been replaced with geometric medians
  • A summary file of the clustertable's output data has been added (README_clustertable.rmd)
