DNN 10.3.1 to 10.3.2 upgrade error

Just upgraded my test site from DNN 10.3.1 to 10.3.2 and got this error:
Could not load file or assembly 'System.Threading.Tasks.Extensions' or one of its dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040)

Starting in DNN 10.3.0, the old upgrade process where files are copied over the site is not supported (because of issues like you're running into). The new process will manage these conflicts. I believe the current plan is to no longer offer an Upgrade zip file starting in 10.4.0 so that folks can't accidentally upgrade in the old way.
