First release of the dns-doctor CLI: scan, propagation, dmarc-upgrade, reverse-dns and spf-audit over the public DNS Doctor API. Zero runtime dependencies, --json for scripts and agents, exit 0/1/2 with every transient reported as 2, never as a verdict. Fix records are printed verbatim from the API's deterministic engine.
