Fixes

• The installer no longer automatically bridges the primary network interface (br0) on every install/update. That's a real, if brief, network interruption that only makes sense on a fresh appliance image - it now only runs when explicitly requested (--step ensure_lxc_bridge), which nonraid-os's own first-boot flow will do.
