[DEFECT] UX Fixes after Modernization Upgrade in Content Drive

Problem Statement

Multiple UX regressions were found in Content Drive after the modernization upgrade. These issues affect visibility, usability, and responsiveness.

• Filter Table: On smaller screens (or with DevTools open), the Content Drive filter table appears cut off.
• Filter Input: Content type filters do not show text as it's typed. Clicking a filter and typing only allows filtering by the first letter, and subsequent letters are not displayed.
• Filter Size: The expanded size of filters is significantly reduced compared to the previous design. (might be validated with design if it is intended).

Steps to Reproduce

This is the evidence of the virtual scroll but you can see the issues mentioned above (min 1:45).

Acceptance Criteria

• Content Drive filter table should be responsive and not appear cut off on smaller screens.
• Content type filter input should correctly display typed text and filter by the full string.
• Expanded filter size should match the previous design/usability standards (validate with design).
