• Rename the folder the content is in.
• Update product names (GitHub Copilot upgrade / Upgrade agent).
• Update root articles (faq, overview, etc) to only point out "modernization" as the path to Azure.
• Document the dashboard.
• Add the CCA instructions (https://github.com/microsoft/upgrade-agent-plugins/blob/main/cloud-agent/README.md)
