Carl reads spreadsheets and Word documents now.
Attach an .xlsx, a .docx, or a JSON file to a topic and Carl takes it in with every scan. A
spreadsheet is not summarized away: its rows reach Carl exactly as you wrote them, sheet by
sheet, under a heading that names the file, the row count, and the columns. A Word document
reads as its full text. Every file is screened before Carl reads a word of it, and one that
cannot be checked is set aside instead of slipping through.
Invitations got friendlier too. An invite link is sized to your plan, a link to a public topic
never goes stale, and a spent team link turns into a join request instead of a dead end - the
person still arrives, and a leader lets them in. When something does hit a limit, the app now
says which limit and what to do about it.
Also in this release: one-click sign out, team hand-over when a leader steps away, and honest
error messages across chat, notes, and file sharing.
