Adjust wrong events lengths when reading older captures#1195

PPME_NOTIFICATION_E and PPME_INFRASTRUCTURE_EVENT_E lengths were not correctly set in older captures. Adjust them in advance, otherwise the conversion process will never find a match and fail.
