Use simpler, more UNIX-like output, drop some dependencies

Now the output is a pure text-based table with two tab-separated columns. This is still human-readable but also much more compatible with piping to other unix programs like grep, sort, etc.

With this change, the ditched (!) package cli-table has been entirely removed.

The column for ditched status (yes/no) is also removed, as it is redundant. Now, if a package is included in the output, it means it is ditched. Therefore, the --all option is also redundant. Simply use --days 0 for the same behavior.

Other behavioral changes:

• Sorting is by age, descending (opposite from before)
• A bug that failed to set exit code 1 is fixed
• The ditched age (--days) is now inclusive (>=), not exclusive (>) as before.
