RetroBar 1.10

Just unzip and run (since the app isn't signed, Windows Defender will likely require you to choose "more info," then "run anyway"). Not sure which one to download? Try 64-bit.

Starting with v1.9, RetroBar requires .NET 6.0.2 or later instead of .NET Core 3.1. If you haven't already, download the .NET 6 desktop runtime.

• Added progress indicator to tasks (#387)
• Drag items into Quick Launch to create a shortcut (#378)

• Location, microphone, and Windows Update icons are now inverted when they should be (#427)
