Website: General Improvements

This one is open ended enough and really boils down to having whoever wants to work on this do whatever they feel is the coolest or most aesthetically pleasing.

In terms of new features, we could have a "Most recently generated seeds" on the front page or something like that, and a "Most popular". Etc... Maybe we could, if we really want to go in depth with it, make it so users can create accounts to store seeds and claim ownership of them. This could also serve as a more reliable way to store Custom Flags.

The API could also be expanded for more functionality. For example, returning the xdelta patch itself encoded in base24 could be really nice for developers. Being able to get a Log file could be cool. Maybe having a database of Character's properties and tags would be a good feature too.

Basically, do whatever.
