v0.2.0 — Homebrew + Windows .exe

Packaging only — no changes to Eraser itself since v0.1.0.

Install with Homebrew

brew tap drumandbytes/tap
brew install --cask drumandbytes/tap/eraser

Homebrew 6+ asks you to trust a third-party tap once — if it does, run
brew trust drumandbytes/tap and re-run the install. On macOS this also clears
the Gatekeeper quarantine, so no xattr step. Works on Linux too where your
Homebrew supports casks; otherwise use a tarball below.

Other

• Windows: the release now includes a directly-runnable
  eraser_0.2.0_windows_<arch>.exe next to the .zip (the .zip still carries
  the README and config.example.yaml).
• eraser --version now prints the MIT licence and source URL, so a standalone
  binary with no LICENSE file beside it still points at its terms.
