v0.9 preview — rounded UI + trial build mode

Two fixes from feedback: (1) rounded, modern styling — cards, chips, a prominent tool pill, no more boxy rectangles; (2) the confusing tile-paint preview is replaced by Trial mode — tap Trial, build normally (real buildings), then Keep or Revert. Install: download the .apk, open, allow unknown sources.
