Launch week bug fixes

Thanks to everyone who tried FlyBudget in its first week and reported problems. This release fixes them:

Entering amounts: an amount typed in Outflow no longer disappears when you Tab to Inflow (#92)
Transfers work from the Add transaction dialog
Reports: the transaction calendar's tooltip is no longer cut off at the top
Categories: the emoji picker shows in full, with its emojis (thanks @agch-dev for your first contribution!)
Security updates for dependencies and the Docker image
Docker and npm run dev now report the right version in Settings → Server (they said 1.0.0)

Update by downloading the new version from https://flybudget.org/download, or with docker pull ghcr.io/dtymoszenko/flybudget:latest.
