Chore: Update `PETAL` Tech Stack Diagram for `2026`

Our Tech Stack Diagram, was last updated in 2022 and looks dated. 🧓 Update is long-overdue.
I expect it to take less than T2h but that's the time I'm allocating. ⏳

Communicating is a huuuuuge time-suck when I should be building ... 🧑‍💻 💭
But without investing the time in communicating we are stuck with confusion. 😕

Todo

• Update Elastic Logo to latest version.
• Remove E-Reader as vanishinly few people use their Kindle (Kobo, etc.) for viewing any sort of Web content: https://myereader.substack.com/p/the-slow-decline-of-e-readers-why So it's just noise in the diagram.

Note: e-readers are still popular mostly for commuters reading poplar fiction: https://www.statista.com/outlook/amo/media/books/ebooks/worldwide/ just not for Web content.
Virtually everyone that has an e-reader also has a Smartphone.
And the people who do not have a Smartphone but do have an e-reader,
e.g: children in developing countries who have been given an e-reader by a Charity/NGO see: https://www.worldreader.org
Are not going to be using your App ... much less paying for it.
So reluctantly, we are not supporting e-readers.

• Remove FirefoxOS from diagram as it's no longer supported and ages the diagram: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Firefox_OS

Support status: Unsupported as of September 2016 ... ⏳
I originally included it in the diagram as an example of a Low Budget device that would have Low Bandwidth. But in the years since FirefoxOS was discontinued there are now a plethora of ultra-low-budget Android devices including new devices from Chinese brands and refurbished higher-end models. Android very much owns the low-budget end of the market globally and there's no change expected on the horizon. 🙃

• Update the examples of Smart Phones, as the Android has a large "chin" and iPhone has a "home" button which was phased-out of flagship devices starting in 2015 with iPhone X and is only included in iPhone SE which is a very low-selling budget iPhone.
• Update Tablet to exclude Home Button as iPad (and other tablets) have excluded the button since 2018. I left it in for the 2022 update because most iPads people were using still had the Home Button, but sadly those devices are no longer supported by Apple (I know because I own a 2017 iPad Pro 10.5" (purchased refurbished in 2020) Official Apple support ends next month. ⏳ 😢 (only had 7 years of updates ... good but not great)
• Remove "Legacy Desktop" as Microsoft ended support for Internet Explorer June 2022: https://endoflife.date/internet-explorer / https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/internet-explorer/internet-explorer-help again, this ages the diagram.
• Add:
  • Mobile First Responsive Web App.
  • Native Mobile App
  • Updated Laptop instead of Desktop in diagram, no good stats available, but sales figures put laptops at 78% vs Desktops. The only people still buying Desktops are "Enterprise" and Gamers.
  • Large Scren Support for Metrics Dashboards.

Sadly, despite only having a priority-2 (because an outdated diagram isn't "costing us money" as it's not a "production bug") I still have to focus my attention on this now because we need to include the diagram in a doc for a potential project. 🧑‍💻⏳
