Add Linux support to build_collada.py (thank you to bernd). If Linux is detected, the script will write RunMe.sh instead of RunMe.bat. WINE must be installed, and accessible via path.
Add command-line option to ed8pkg2gltf.py to specify destination folder.
Bugfix: v2.3.10 broke texture-only mode, this has been restored (although now implemented differently due to Linux support, see above).
