It is a tool whose use is intended for citizens. The objectives pursued with its use are the following:

• Download from a high volume of calls to the coordination centers of health organizations.
• Provide citizens with a simple self-evaluation mechanism to find out if they have any symptoms compatible with the development of viral disease.
• Provide any citizen with an agile tool to communicate to the health organization if they are a potential carrier of the disease.
• Inform health organizations of citizens who show symptoms compatible with the development of viral disease.

Any user linked to the healthcare organization may use the mobile app to find out whether or not they are a potential carrier of the disease. To do this, the user will only have to download, install and use the mobile app on their device.

In the following sections we will describe each of the functionalities provided by the mobile app.
