2.1. General description
The software developed by Ingenia (hereinafter, eCaller Epidemias) is conceived from its inception as a free software project, with the aim of putting a tool in the hands of the community which enables the health organizations of each country to deploy a solution. On one hand, it assists to decongest the emergency call centers and, on the other hand, facilitates the monitoring of patients with COVID-19 in an agile and fast way.
