Fast DDS Python v2.2.2

This release includes the following improvements and CI improvements.

Improvements

  • Regenerate code with Fast DDS Gen v4.0.7 (#312)
  • Ignore new RTPSParticipantAttributes (#303)
  • Regenerate code with Fast DDS Gen v4.0.6 (#288)

CI improvements

  • Don't use infinite nanoseconds in API tests (#298)
  • Make skip-ci label report required statuses as pass (#308)
