Install

1. Download the .dmg below.
2. Open it and drag Instanterm.app into /Applications.
3. First launch is blocked by Gatekeeper because this build is unsigned (no Apple Developer Program). Either:
   • Right-click Instanterm.app → Open → confirm in the dialog, or
   • Run once in Terminal: xattr -d com.apple.quarantine /Applications/Instanterm.app

Subsequent launches work normally.
