What's Changed

  • Introduced a BED-based region filter input bed_filter. This input can be either a gzipped or an uncompressed BED file and will be used by the bcftools view -R command. Tackles the filtering by regions issue #6.
  • Updated version to 2.2.0 and made README more clear.
