Update citations page

We should probably update the easystats citation page: https://easystats.github.io/easystats/articles/citation.html

Which is this vignette: https://github.com/easystats/easystats/blob/main/vignettes/citation.Rmd

While there I think we should also move report::cite_easystats() to easystats::cite_easystats()?
