umi processing v2.3

This is the latest version, modified and optimised by edjoha. It was released on Jan 11, 2025.

Contains the following changes:

• individual conda envs per rule
• updated software packages and Snakemake wrappers
• benchmark option
• log files and ressources for all rules
• automized update of variantcalls.csv when new files added
• automized data savings to longterm storage locations
• bwa mem2 replaces bwa mem algorithm
• some structural changes (rules splitted by commands or combined) , nomenclature/file endings etc. standardised
