Feature Model Info
Clicking a card opens the model panel: name, version, base model, type, tags, permissions, and the full CivitAI description, plus the version's sample images.
- SHA256 is shown in the version info — click it to select for copying.
- Version dropdown — switching versions refreshes the whole panel. When a model has installed versions, the dropdown defaults to an installed one, which keeps the delete action available for models that are installed but outdated.
-
Video previews play on hover for cards with video samples (
video_playback). -
Save model info writes the
.json, optional.api_info.json, and optional.htmlsidecar next to the model file.
Trigger words are consolidated from three sources, in this priority: .safetensors metadata, the local .json activation text, and the API's trainedWords. Duplicates are removed case-insensitively while preserving the original order, and local values win over the API so your own edits survive a metadata refresh.
Each trigger-word group gets its own row with a 📋 copy button and a ➕ add-to-prompt button (both on the left of the text). Copying shows a ✓ for 1.5s. When a model has multiple groups, an Add all to prompt button appears.
For LoRAs, the first row is the LORA tag itself — <lora:filename:1> — in purple monospace, so inserting the model and its triggers is two clicks.
Clicking a sample image sends its generation parameters to txt2img.
- Infotext is built from the card's own metadata, not by re-parsing the downloaded PNG. When a card image carries no meta at all, the extension offers an embedded-PNG fallback instead of silently sending nothing.
- SwarmUI images are converted — their embedded JSON is translated into A1111 infotext format, so SwarmUI-generated samples work like any other.
- A Negative prompt line is always emitted, even when the card only has a positive prompt. Without it, A1111's parser dropped the whole payload for prompt-only cards.
-
The
#pasteclick is deferred, so the paste no longer fires before the fields are filled and wipes the prompt it was supposed to send. -
Cached sidecars are repaired — old
.htmlsidecars generated by earlier versions have their stale Send-to-txt2img buttons rewired on load.
With individual_meta_btn on (default), every meta field gets its own button:
- Click — replace that field
- Shift+click — append to it instead
The CivitAI button on a native Extra Networks card opens the model overlay by default. Turn on civitai_send_to_browser to have it switch to the Browser tab and load the model there instead.
The detail panel and the overlay both carry a Mark for review button — see Metadata Maintenance.
