Distribution metadata release

  • Adds Hugging Face dataset-card metadata and a synthetic reference split.
  • Adds Zenodo deposition metadata for DOI-backed archival publication.
  • Corrects citation guidance so it does not claim a DOI before Zenodo publishes one.

This release contains a specification, documentation, and one synthetic example record. It contains no captured participant media and is not an off-the-shelf training dataset.
