v1.1.1 — archive metadata correction

Patch release correcting the Croissant package version, immutable distribution URLs, and Zenodo repository ownership metadata. Adds the version DOI and all-versions DOI to citation guidance, and strengthens validation so release metadata cannot drift again. No schema fields, example media, rights boundaries, or interoperability semantics changed.

• Separates real RGB-only evidence from the schema-complete synthetic RGB and IMU example.
• Adds the companion as a checksummed Croissant distribution.

The linked preview media is not included in this repository. Public-preview approval does not grant model-training or redistribution rights; both require a separate written license.
