Processing Eddy-Covariance Data: Five ET Flux Partitioning Methods

This package processes raw eddy-covariance data and implements five flux partitioning methods for evapotranspiration (ET) and CO2. It can also be used for other eddy-covariance data analyses. Release 2.0.0 includes additional pre-processing steps for closed-path gas analyzers and improves the screening of units to ensure that CO2 and H2O measurements have the correct units.

Processing Eddy-Covariance Data: Five ET Flux Partitioning Methods

This release includes five models that can be implemented to partition evapotranspiration into plant transpiration and evaporation. Additionally, it includes the most common turbulence data processing steps necessary to clean and prepare raw time series for partitioning.
