This package processes raw eddy-covariance data and implements five flux partitioning methods for evapotranspiration (ET) and CO2. It can also be used for other eddy-covariance data analyses. Release 2.0.0 includes additional pre-processing steps for closed-path gas analyzers and improves the screening of units to ensure that CO2 and H2O measurements have the correct units.
