This release is a patch version that doesn't bring any breaking change. It just adds a "display: none" to those item badges that doesn't have the notification parameter. This was occurring in the expanded mode but it was not applied in the narrow mode because notifications are not visible there due to their lack of paddings. But if the user is using a theme that applies paddings on the badges, then they were getting visible in narrow mode. This release fixes that.
