Fix open dialogs methods

The JavaScript methods openDialog and openConfirmDialog got broken in Home Assistant 2025.11.0. This release fixes these methods in this Home Assistant version.

Update Home Assistant JavaScript templates

The package home-assistant-javascript-templates has been updated, it bring some improvements than can be checked in these reseases (v5.11.0, v5.12.0).
