hanging issue in macos when using 'bash -i'

What happened, and what did you expect to happen?

Environment: macos and bash3.2 (system default shell)

Execute two 'bash -i hi.bash' in the same line, the second one will hang.

This is content of hi.bash

echo hi

Other shell like bash, zsh, fish, nushell works fine. It could only be reproduced in elvish.

This will also hang. In macos, /bin/sh is using /bin/bash but in posix mode.

sh -i hi.bash; sh -i hi.bash

bash5 won't hang

x cosmo bash -i hi.bash; x cosmo bash -i hi.bash

This won't hang, because x cosmo bash is using bash 5 static build. This is the problem of bash3.2 + elvish.

bash-3.2 is ancient. However it is still the sytem shell of macos.
x-cmd is actually considering bypassing this problem in our scenairo temporarily by introducing cosmo bash in elv module in x-cmd in mac.

But I don't think elvish could bypass it.
