The soft binding verification now handles the C2PA 2.4 Section A.7
format where the binding hash is stored in blocks[0].value rather
than a top-level hash key. For c2pa.text.vs16 algorithm, the
verifier computes SHA-256 of the NFC-normalized text content,
with a fallback that strips HTML tags for WordPress compatibility.
