Eric Quezada

Computer Science graduate building full-stack applications, machine-learning systems, scientific-computing tools, and cybersecurity projects.

I have research and engineering experience through NASA JPL, Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, the University of Delaware, the University of Wisconsin–Madison, and White Sands Missile Range.

Featured Work

Radium Analysis

A scientific-computing and geospatial research workflow for analyzing combined radium measurements across Wisconsin wells during my third internship at the University of Wisconsin -Madison.

  • Cleaned and merged environmental datasets
  • Performed statistical and regression analysis
  • Produced county, aquifer, and regional visualizations
  • Built with Python, Pandas, GeoPandas, Matplotlib, and QGIS

Content Management System

A Django-based content management and digital-signage system developed during my second internship at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory.

  • Developed and maintained CMS features using Python and Django
  • Supported digital signage serving approximately 6,000 employees and visitors
  • Configured and maintained more than 30 digital-signage appliances
  • Created monitoring scripts to improve system reliability and identify device issues
  • Collaborated with the IT Support Directorate to support internal communication systems

Signal Processing

A computer-vision pipeline for detecting synthetic seal calls in underwater acoustic spectrograms during my fifth internship at the University of Delaware.

  • Processed multichannel acoustic recordings
  • Generated 640 × 640 spectrogram datasets
  • Created YOLO-compatible labels and dataset splits
  • Developed training, inference, and detection-processing workflows

Scientific Logger

A modular C++ library for scientific data processing, unit conversion, time handling, numerical operations, strings, and filesystem utilities during my fourth internship at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory.
