Add implied conditionals

This release represent some significant changes to the overall assembler structure. In it, the following features are added:

• Directives to drive implied conditional opcodes, whereby not every possible condition need be defined
• Outputting an opcodes.h file which contains an enumeration of the opcodes in the assembler which can be consumed by the control logic module
• A major reorganization of the assembler instruction set
