This version can run the LEDs and make them do a fancy color shift pattern
the USB interface works at a bare minimum level with a command line
there is an issue where the I2C writes output the to the wrong address
Camera still not functional, potential workarounds could be to use a second pico connected to a USB camera instead of the SPI camera
