SetupKit 0.17.1 — Welcome and continuation

What changed

• A brief first-run welcome explains what SetupKit helps with, how to continue, and how to skip or pause.
• Returning users get a short continuation based on available context, without repeating the introduction or answered questions.
• The welcome follows the user’s language. When no preference is known, a clearly temporary, changeable language keeps the start moving.
• Launch prompts, recovery text and README files stay aligned across all eight supported languages.

The existing 103-question bank, optional paths, skill recommendations and permission boundaries are preserved.

Five affected assistant scenarios were checked, including the unknown-language case. Release integrity and the security review passed for the released package.
