What's in 1.3.0 (23 commits since the installed build) — for your release notes:

• New look: pixel-owl mascot throughout, animated flight-in opening with the Friday wordmark, per-screen poses, app icon and splash rebuilt from the sprite atlas
• Money: one screen with three tabs, net-worth card with change badge, wallet detail pages, repeats folded into the dashboard, custom categories, smarter natural-language parsing ("gym 250 from savings")
• Library: five bundled knowledge packs — money, study, science, history, emergency prep — installable offline in one tap
• Scan: values-found list, WHO-grounded guidance computed on-device, age picker above the score
• Loading: sprite-loop animations with rotating words, stepped download progress, honest model manifest
• Navigation: staggered card entrances, sliding page pushes
