Learn about vigilant mode.

Folder Player is now EVB Folder Player. Installs over 0.2.0 in place: same app ID and signing key, so your library, listening positions and history stay.

Release APKs are now built on Linux with F-Droid's own build process and then signed, so the F-Droid build reproduces them byte for byte. No playback or storage changes.

Which APK?

  • EVB-Folder-Player-0.3.0-arm64-v8a.apk: almost all phones from the last several years.
  • EVB-Folder-Player-0.3.0-armeabi-v7a.apk: older 32-bit phones.

Requires Android 7.0 or newer. Verify a download with sha256sum -c SHA256SUMS --ignore-missing (Linux) or shasum -a 256 -c SHA256SUMS --ignore-missing (macOS).

Signing certificate SHA-256: beac197d53b5f35d548f8e3b4050a306b30d233cd235830e2d92b1f62183feec
