v2.4 — 芯片身份上报与设备寻址修复

  • 新增 cpuid / serial（从 OTP 读取），三种模式均输出
  • 设备 ID 改用物理端口链而非 USB 地址：同型号多板可稳定指定，重枚举后不再错位
