Notes

• Exie conversation sharing starts disabled. Users can override the administrator default; usage and error diagnostics remain enabled independently.
• Migration reruns preserve the recorded migration version and original completion timestamp. Split web/worker deployments require a distributed queue and Redis-backed cache for UI-triggered reruns; the CLI recovery path is also available.
• The Elasticsearch upgrade remains within 8.19 and does not require an application index-schema migration or bulk reindex.
