Purpose
Trigger the complete pull request CI workflow against the exact dependency state merged in #73.
The only change is a temporary documentation file under
.github/; no application, build, workflow, or dependency files are modified.Why
The historical
CIrun for #73 is no longer available, so its logs cannot be inspected. This diagnostic PR determines whether the grouped updates to Biome, Node types, and webpack are reproducibly failing or whether the missing run was only deleted from the Actions history.Expected outcome
