New

  • Mod browser: OpenTTD, OpenRCT2 and Endless Sky get a mods button on their game page (NewGRFs for OpenTTD, plugins for the other two). Search, filter by category, install and uninstall without leaving OGL.
  • Two more browser games: OpenFront (territorial conquest against real players) and Suroi (2D battle royale).
  • Signed Mac app: the macOS version is now signed and checked by Apple. It opens without the "Open Anyway" step, and from this version on it can install its own updates.

Changed

  • Clearer update errors: when an update fails, OGL says why in plain words and offers a Download button instead of showing a technical message.

Good to know

  • Mac users on 0.1.4 or older: download this version once by hand and replace the app in Applications. Older Mac versions cannot update themselves; from 0.1.5 on, updates install inside OGL.
  • The Windows version is not signed yet, so Windows still shows a warning the first time. Choose More info → Run anyway.
