Test build from the feat/cloud-only-restore branch - not merged to master yet.

Follows v1.3.0-test2 and includes everything from it.

Fixed since test2

  • the cloud badge no longer shows once the newer backup is downloaded to the console
  • Drive folders are named with readable game titles instead of underscores
  • PSP games whose save folder name is just the game id are recognized too
  • PSP games show their name and icon even when their local savedata is gone
