Google Maps patches v1.0.4

Adds inspected compatibility for Google Maps 26.28.03.942936911 (versionCode 1068670201, minSdk 28).

• Runtime validation for 26.28.03 is still pending; 26.27.05 remains the BYD-validated stable build.
