Adds inspected compatibility for Google Maps 26.28.03.942936911 (versionCode 1068670201, minSdk 28).

  • Adds the application, activity, and Google Play services availability fingerprints confirmed in the new APK.
  • Keeps Google Maps 26.27.05.941319029 and 26.26.04.935742811 compatibility.
  • Runtime validation for 26.28.03 is still pending; 26.27.05 remains the BYD-validated stable build.

This release contains a Morphe patch bundle only. Users must supply their own clean APK and patch it with Morphe Desktop.
