Guix built binaries for testing bitcoin#25573.
This PR produces a static-pie bitcoind & utils. They have been tested on Ubuntu 14.04 (glibc 2.19) through 26.04 (glibc 2.43) as well as musl libc based systems.
Please report any bugs or ask any related questions in bitcoin#25573.
More testing is needed!
